    Your event's online presence is pertinent to its success offline, to help ensure this success, PDG can help you with the web design for your event. We can customize a website for your meeting including all needed information, on-line registration, payment processing, handout materials and more! Links to social media will be included, along with photos, agenda and session descriptions. In case one of your attendees needs assistance or has a question regarding their registration for your event, our friendly staff is here to help and can assist attendees through our on-line chat feature.

Our design staff can help your organization create powerful designs for on-site materials, on-line promotion and on-site signage that grabs your attendees attention.   • Social Media

    Professional Development Group utilizes Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube for our meetings and events as well as our company and we encourage our clients to also utilize these services. However, social media can take a lot of time to start and constantly manage and execute well, so allow PDG to take care of it for you! We can create and manage your event's Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube account for you! As an admin to the account you will have access to post updates, photos and see who likes your page. And your PDG staff member will post at least one Facebook and Twitter update per week. We will provide you links to these pages for your website and own marketing purposes, and if we manage your website then we will take care of linking the two together (same with email blasts). With video from your event PDG will create a promotional video that will be uploaded to YouTube for you, and updated at your request.
